Paper Submission

Electronic submission is mandatory, using our EasyChair submission page: https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=waifi2026.

Authors are invited to submit original research papers that has not been previously published or submitted for publication elsewhere.

Abstract submission (mandatory):

The submission in EasyChair should be made consisting of a title, author list, a short abstract, and a list of keywords. All the info should be put in designated text boxes.

After submitting your abstract (by March 8) you should prepare your submission as a pdf, to be submitted in EasyChair (by March 15).

Creating a pdf of your submission:

Submissions must be at most 16 pages using the Springer LNCS format, including title page, text and figures, but excluding references.

Submitted articles are double-blind peer-reviewed. Double-blind paper submission requires removing all author identities, affiliations, funding sources, and personal acknowledgments from the submission. Key requirements include citing personal previous work in the third person and removing all information that could lead to breaking the anonymity of the authors.

It is mandatory that the submission be processed in LaTeX2e and use the latest version of Springer's LNCS format (https://www.springer.com/gp/computer-science/lncs/conference-proceedings-guidelines).

Submissions must use the default margins, line spacing, and font: the LaTeX file preamble must be \documentclass{llncs}.

In order to be included in the proceedings, one of the authors of an accepted paper is expected to present their contribution at the workshop.
